Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") is a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and MASSAGE BY ROSA LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It outlines the refund terms for purchases made directly from our Company.


1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Most products and services purchased from MASSAGE BY ROSA LLC are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or service completion, provided the request meets the conditions outlined below. This Policy supersedes any prior communications regarding refunds.


2. REFUNDABLE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

2.1 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products.

Digital Products are eligible for a full refund if requested within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the Customer has not consumed or downloaded substantial portions of the content.

2.2 Definition of Digital Products.

"Digital Products" include but are not limited to:

  • Online courses, modules, and video content
  • Downloadable guides, eBooks, PDFs, or templates
  • Digital workbooks, worksheets, checklists, or plans
  • Pre-recorded webinars, workshops, or audio files

2.3 Refund Conditions for Digital Products.

To qualify for a digital product refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • The Customer must not have completed more than 25% of any course content
  • The Customer must not have downloaded or copied substantial portions of the product
  • Refund requests may be denied if we detect excessive downloading or sharing of content

2.4 Process for Digital Product Refunds.

To request a refund for a digital product:

  • Contact us at onlinecourses@massagebyrosa.com within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request
  • Upon approval, your access to the digital product will be revoked and a refund will be processed

3. IN-PERSON MASSAGE SERVICES REFUND POLICY

3.1 Appointment Cancellations.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice by calling (754) 313-6272.

3.2 Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee.

Appointments cancelled or modified with less than 24 hours' notice, or where you fail to attend ("No-Show"), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

3.3 Refunds for Completed Services.

If you are dissatisfied with a completed massage service, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your appointment by:

  • Contacting us via email at onlinecourses@massagebyrosa.com
  • Providing details about your experience and reason for dissatisfaction
  • We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

4.1 Submission Requirements.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to onlinecourses@massagebyrosa.com or through our designated online refund form (if available). Requests must include:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Order number or appointment date
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase or service

4.2 Review and Response.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5-7 business days. We may request additional information if needed to process your request.

4.3 Refund Processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Processing times by your financial institution may vary.

4.4 Refund Exclusions.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards or promotional certificates
  • Services or products purchased through third-party vendors
  • Digital products where more than 25% of content has been consumed
  • Services completed more than 30 days prior to refund request

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled according to the laws of the state in which MASSAGE BY ROSA LLC is registered.
